The center's administration (including Nara, the director) navigated Covid waters brilliantly, ensuring strict safety protocols that led to minimal downtime and closures3. Our eldest started at BHOP in 2017 and both our kids are there now. We have been really happy with our experience. The teachers and administrators are all phenomenal, and the kids look forward to going to "school" each day. The class sizes are really small and the teacher: child ratios are great, so kids get to socialize with peers, but they get lots of individual attention as well. There's a "hot lunch" option that is convenient and healthy and there is a nice outdoor play space. The communication and cleaning protocols have really helped us feel comfortable sending the kids during COVID. Great school!PositiveResponsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism

The Bright Horizons Ocean Park team is incredibly thoughtful and provide a nurturing environment for children to grow both academically and emotionally. I love this place and feel so thankful we found it. We moved my daughter here for KPrep (from another preschool) when my son started here in the Twos program, and I realized how superior it was to the other school my daughter attended. We are so happy with everything about this school. It’s well-run, the teachers and staff are friendly, and our kids love going to preschool here. They’ll both be here until kindergarten, and they’ll be well prepared for their educational journey. I wish we had started at Bright Horizons much earlier. Based on what I’ve seen and heard from parents, the infant program is wonderful as well. You’d be lucky to be a part of the Bright Horizons community.

We scoured the city when searching for care options for our infant daughter. But very soon Bright Horizons stood out as the absolute best option for daycare. We first were attracted to it because it was nationally accredited, a great facility and their ap allowed us to receive real-time updates and photos of her while we were at work. But it was the personal relationships we formed there that have kept us there each year. My daughter is now in Kinder Prep, and every classroom, every teacher has been outstanding. The admin is responsive and supportive, and try to create a community feeling. We know our daughter is receiving warm, loving care but also receiving an exceptional education that has always propelled her growth forward in incredible ways.PositiveResponsiveness, Reliability, Quality, Professionalism

Bright Horizons Ocean Park is an exceptional care facility. We've had two children there for about four years, and in that time, they've had an incredible experience across various classrooms and teachers. Both the the administration (Nara, Nelly, Nicole, and more) and staff treated and nurtured them like family, and have instilled great lessons around friendship, respect, and creativity. There has been excellent communication and care for our kids. We're so grateful for our time there.
