As parents navigating daycare options for our infant, we had many of the same concerns any parent would over child safety, development, and the standard of care for our baby. During the initial exploratory visits to the center, the team at Bright Horizons was able to answer/address all our concerns. What sets Bright Horizons Essex Crossing apart for us… a) The center promotes an environment where lesson plans/learning is woven into daily activities to stimulate cognitive, emotional, and physical development. b) The individualized attention and support that each child receives. The teachers/asst teacher express a genuine interest in each child's well-being which gives us a sense of security and confidence knowing that my child is in an environment where they are known and cared for. c) The infant classroom is an environment designed for both physical activity and imaginative play. There have been other centers where it’s just enough space for the kids and cribs to fit, but the physical

My daughter started her daycare journey at bright horizons Essex crossing center. She was less than 4 months when started. Like all first time parents, I was nervous about being away from my baby and leaving her at a new environment. The center’s admin and teachers did a great job onboarding us prior to the start date. During the tour, all my questions were answered professionally and satisfactorily. It is expensive, as a single mom I really can’t afford it but after touring 4 other alternatives, this was simply the best for my baby. It’s not been 7 weeks. There were little things that happened that I am not 100% happy about, full transparency. But when my concerns were brought up, the teachers were always willing to listen and willing to help meet the expectations whenever possible. I look at the overall picture and my baby’s daily exposure & environment, am I glad that I chose bright horizons! Even on day 1, my baby stayed from 8:45 to 5:30. Before I needed to call to check up on ho
