I was looking for a reputable roofing company to repair a flat roof in Lake County, IL I found Chicago Flat Roof, They sent out Tony who was able to explain all my roofing repair options and was honest on what I needed and didn’t need. The estimates were fair and what I expected. Chicago Flat Roof was able to complete everything on the day promised without me having to be there. I would definitely use them again going forward.

Our condo association is very happy with all the work done by Chicago Flat Roof. They have replaced all three of our buildings’ roofs and always conduct business with professionalism and promptness. When we have requested an inspection for a repair, Terry and Tony came by same day and were so respectful and thorough in their investigation and explanation of the issue and were transparent about pricing and the process for repair. We will definitely be reaching out for further repairs and projects.
