I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kamryn Kimmel at Center for Wellness! As a marathon runner, maintaining proper alignment is crucial, and she has been instrumental in keeping me on track. Not only has she helped with my training, but also expertly addressed some lingering old injuries that I thought I'd just have to live with. Beyond the sports-specific care, Dr. Kamryn Kimmel has also worked wonders on my posture, which had suffered from years of sitting at a desk. She has a fantastic ability to pinpoint exactly what's going on and provide effective adjustments. What I appreciate most is that Center for Wellness doesn't just treat the symptoms; they also give me practical stretches and exercises to do at home and have identified areas where I'm weak, helping me proactively prevent future issues aka "prehab" as Dr Kamryn called it. The craniosacral therapy was awesome too. It helps with treating pain like headaches, neck pain, and makes sure the fluid in my spine is going up to

She is knowledgeable, kind and incredibly skilled. Her office is easily accessible with plenty of street parking and a peaceful, beautiful space. I recommend her highly.
