I had a problem getting connected to wifi this morning and couldn't figure out what was causing the issue. My coworkers were all connected, so it had to be an internal issue on my end. Aaron Stuart was able to assist, by walking me through the step by step process and resolving the issue.

The tech support I get from CCS is always quick and knowledgeable. Google did an update and the update set the volume for Chrome to 0. I tried everything on my own. CCS solved it in about 5 minutes. I can always count on them.
