Our expectations of Chef’s Culinary Journey, the renowned Montclair base caterer, were understandably on the high side. Opting for one of Paul Joseph's special crafted menu, the food was, without a question, spectacular. Each dish was a testament to precision, creativity, and fresh ingredients, artfully presented and bursting with flavor.The overall service was fantastic, with a team of attentive professionals ensuring a seamless experience. The dessert course was a surprising and a welcomed highlight, so elaborate and delightful that it could easily rival a top-tier high tea service.Greatly recommended

The servers were warm, gracious, and deeply. knowledgeable about the ingredients, adding personal dimension to the experience. All of our guests loved, and I do mean LOVED the food.
