We had a great trip to LA and rented a car from SixT LAX. Crystal, who assisted us, was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided the exact car that I booked the BMW X3 which I really appreciated since sometimes you reserve an X3 but end up with something similar instead. The only downside was the wait time to get the car, which was a bit long. However, they were able to switch us to a different car fairly quickly after a 40 minute wait. Hopefully they can improve this part of the process. Overall, excellent service!

We had an amazing experience with Sixt at LAX! Every staffs were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to change our car last minute due to the flooding from convertible to suv. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free.The shuttle service was convenient and reliable, and the vehicle we received was in perfect condition. Highly recommend this location for its excellent customer service and quality vehicles. A big thank you to the team for going above and beyond!

Our family love using Sixt and always had a pleasant experience with their customer services and vehicles we rent.We have rented from this location many times flying in from out of town. This last visit Carlos went above and beyond helping our family with the right vehicle. Before this last visit we had young spanish lady and she was just as kind and amazing also, wish I remember her name.I recommend being part of their rewards program because the status of a Diamond is amazing. They treat you like royalty everytime and we enjoy the free upgrades when we need it. Plus they always have the vehicles we need with option to drop off at different locations. Great staff & managers at all the Sixt from here to Ft. Lauderdale, Pheonix, Texas locations and even Ohio, all great experiences.We recommend this location & this car rental for locations near you.Thank you Sixt!!!

This last visit Carlos went above and beyond helping our family with the right vehicle.
