I have been coming to this location for the past two years while living in Brooklyn to pickup cars for the weekend as I do wedding planning out east. I have never had a better customer service experience than working with Johnny at National. Listen, this is a small regional location in a small parking lot. It’s not the same experience you are going to find at the airport. It gets busy and it can be cramped. It’s New York so have some patience if you’re not familiar with this location. But with that said, Johnny and the National team go above and beyond to give you a great experience. He always shakes my hand with a smile. Asks how everything is going - is genuine and kind. I realize too he treats everyone this way. Everyone that’s a regular knows Johnny. Renting a car especially in New York can be a really tough experience but Johnny is relaxed, professional, and actually makes renting a car at National enjoyable. He always does his best to make you feel comfortable. Today he helped

I had a reservation with Avis but they had a 2-hour line to pick up. Went over to National without too much hope but their team got me going in 20 minutes even though I was a last-minute reservation on a busy morning. Car was great and return very easy.

I want to leave this review for Nate (Nick?) It was a very stressful morning trying to return the car with multiple delays due to police blocking the streets. When I arrived it was very busy and nearly impossible to get in, a problem that was further exacerbated by a very rude, aggressive couple that continued to yell at me. Nate calmly helped me guide the vehicle out of a tight spot to let them in and guided me back into the tightly crammed garage garage. He was so calm, kind and helpful and completely turned the entire situation around. The return was speedy & efficient!

I want to leave this review for Nate (Nick?) It was a very stressful morning trying to return the car with multiple delays due to police blocking the streets.
