Why I choose Enterprise EVERY TIME! Stepping off the shuttle and walking up to the booth to be show the line of cars to choose from and picking the one I want. Getting in, syncing my phone, setting my destination and exiting via the check out booth all within a few short minutes. I LOVE the efficiency! The service and efficiency is the same when I return, the shuttle drivers even know what terminal to drop me off at for my gate (American Airlines has two terminals). The service is unbeatable!! Forever a loyal customer for as long as this business model is in effect!!

Outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-a-Car! The person who checked me in was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. To top it off, I accidentally left my jacket in the rental car, and the bus driver went above and beyond by picking it up and personally driving it back to the airport for me. That level of kindness and customer care is truly rare. I’m extremely grateful for the exceptional service from the rental team! This is customer service done right. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Enterpise at the Philadelphia Airport location. Reserved a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited online, but unfortunately couldn't actually rent the car do to needing a credit card to do ao. Understand the reasoning, but clearer instructions may have helped with deciding process online. Rented the Jeep Compass instead, and was genuinely surprised with its performance. It was on the higher end, 4x4 Limited, and handled very well. Overall, was happy with my experience, and will most likely go to enterprise again.
