Best enterprise location in the city of Philadelphia point blank period! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These guys keep the customers happy, keep lines down and get you on the road in record time! If you’re looking for a decent enterprise location with fast reliable service and the best selection of cars, then this is your place! Anyone who says bad about this location is giving inaccurate information !!! I’m fully recommending this location for all rental needs ! Id like to specifically give a shout out to Michael Warring the manager for getting me in a truck of my choice ( not a substitute) for the best price possible as long as I needed it ! No pressure tactic, no outrageous prices & He stayed consistent and transparent during my 3 week rental period. I couldn’t ask for better experience and for that, I’ll forever be an enterprise customer Specifically this location (Roosevelt Blvd ) 5 star establishment 5 star Experience!

I originally reserved an SUV online and was told it was available, but that info turned out to be incorrect. Before I showed up, the local Enterprise store called me proactively to give me a headsup, which I really appreciated. They were honest, professional, and promised to fix the issue and they did the very next day. Great communication and customer service from the local team.

We rented a 15 passenger van for a family road trip to Florida, and it got us there and back safely. It was a very easy process to reserve, pick up, and return. I would highly recommend the 7601 Roosevelt Blvd location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle, and I want to give the entire staff at this specific location a HUGE shout out of gratitude and appreciation... The customer service, kindness, thoroughness, and patience with our MANY questions has been exceptionally unmatched!!! Not many businesses in any industry has the customer service that makes me feel as pleased as they have. 10 stars!!!
