This branch was pretty busy when I went in, to make things worse, I accidentally made a reservation for the airport rather than this branch. The staff was very friendly and helped me get a car. I will definitely return! My only complaint was the tires in the rental I got a I was pretty surprised they didn’t have winter tires on their cars for how slick the roads were.

This location is Always busy, but every employee who works here that I have talked with ,over the last 3 months, they are always helpful & super kind. ( even when customers are not so kind to them.) Mrs. Heather is the manager & she has great customer service skills. She cares that you are happy with what you are getting. Also, She has a great group working there. A.J. is went above & beyond & made sure , I got a ride home when he was the only person working. Over the last few months I noticed A.J. Always has a smile on his face no matter what time of day I walk in..:It is really hard to find good customer service in 2025. Well this location has customer service locked in. A Big Thank you to Heather, A.J. & to the rest of her team for making my experience with Enterprise Flawless. :)

Outstanding customer service and experience renting out here for the first time. Checking out a vehicle was smooth and seamless with the car being extremely clean. The staff here to include Nikolay and AJ went above and beyond when I forgot both my watch AND wallet in the vehicle after I hastily went to return the vehicle (don't ask me how). Anyways, I was able to get a hold of their staff member to locate and secure my misplaced items, and they were able to mail me very quickly my items back all the way to Florida with no issues. Thank you for taking care of me, you can bet I'll be returning to their business!
