I forgot my baseball glove in the backseat of my car at the Birmingham Alabama airport and Zach at the rental car service desk found my glove and ran into the airport to give it to me. It was very nice personable and a great experience and great example of what it is about. He asked me if I did anything fun on my trip and if everything went well, he made the experience so nice and fun. Please tell Zach good job. This was Monday the 26th around 11:30an

Traveled with family to Alabama for a wedding. We landed in Birmingham and needed to drive to Madison. We rented a car at the Birmingham Airport Alamo. Due to the number of family members traveling, we wanted the largest vehicle and most comfortable vehicle possible. Alamo Birmingham Airpot came through. The Jeep Wagoneer was everything we could hope for. The only thing better were the Alamo Team members who assisted us. Katrice check us in and give us the vehicle. She went over all aspects of the rental agreement, especially those areas I had questions about and made me feel very comfortable with the rental. Upon our return there were a few issues we had with the vehicle and I spoke with Shante Turner, she was super helpful, professional, understanding, and worked with us on the issues with the vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.

What a great experience! I wish I had gotten names of the pick up and drop off people. This was honestly the easiest and best car rental experience I’ve ever had. I arrived on one of the last flights in. The crew that checked me in was so friendly and helpful. The car was immaculate and for once didn’t smell like an entire can of air freshener had been emptied inside. The windows were clean (also refreshing). The car itself drove well. Drop off was around 5 am and the women who checked us back in was so efficient and friendly. First time using Alamo and can say we will 100% be using them next time we are in Birmingham and will consider them when we travel other places. Well done B’ham Alamo!
