The Bridge Team
Caliber Construction has scraped and built 3 spec homes for me in Platt Park on lots that were formerly my rentals. All three homes were well designed and well built and resulted in profitable sales. As a realtor, I chose Caliber because I thought that their homes had a following and buyers love them and I was right. All three homes sold before or just as they were finished. Our last project still holds the record, 2 years later, for high sale of a home of its size in Platt Park. The owner, Brad Liber, and his team were also great at communicating with me about the progress on our projects and sometimes lack of progress due to mostly City delays. If you are building a home in Denver, you could not go wrong if you choose Caliber build it for you.
