I've only shopped here once, but staff were very helpful. They were quickly able to find the exact bed frame I needed, loaded it in my truck, and had very honest prices. I wouldn't have stopped here because it doesn't have convenient access off University Ave, but I couldn't find a frame anywhere else - however now I'd definitely return again!

Re: previous post deleted. I thought they sold me a defective bed. Two mannerable men from the store came to check it out.I was wrong, we assembled the bed incorrectly. Butler'smen corrected the problem, and at no cost to me. Thank you for your help! I feel better about my purchase.

Everyone working there are people friendly. Professional and Knowledgeable about the merchandise and payment plans the store has. The employees acknowledge everyone who came through the door within seconds. Butler Furniture has very clean and pretty furniture throughout the entire store from what I seen with correct price tags on every piece of merchandise that was for sale. I will recommend family, neighbors, friends and strangers to visit Butler Furniture Store on S. University in Little Rock, Arkansas!

Astonishing customer service from Ashley. Great environment with furniture for every price range. EASY & QUICK financing and the folks are so kind. If they don’t have what you are looking for in the showroom, they will even show you more products in warehouse! Same day delivery/ I went in at 2:30pm, on a Saturday! The delivery guys were kind, courteous and super quick. Will shop here again, very soon.
