I went in to look at a possible bike for my kids. The salesperson asked me some basic questions and recommended a Trek Marlin 4. It was in my price range and a perfect fit. My kids love their bikes. The salesman knew the product, recognized our needs, and gave use the product we needed. Excellent experience with no fuss.

If you are coming in from out of town and want to rent a bike then make sure you come here. They have actual humans working there and it is not a storage unit. This is definitely the place to go and they are right next to the prettiest part of the trail. I flew in from out of town and tried unsuccessfully to get a bike from one of those ridiculous storage units. I was sent on a wild goose chase across town and I wasted almost 2 hours. Avoid that hassle and just come here. Great prices. it’s actually a lot cheaper too.
