I run a small martial arts club and was a bit timorous about the whole process of using a big-time branding agency. My prejudice was that my project would be too "small-fish" for these guys, and that I would be treated as such. Gratefully, Roman returned my call very quickly and treated me like a king from the very first step. He listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions and really took the time to educate me on the different options and possibilities without ever any pressure to be “up-sized”. In fact, after I was able to finally articulate what I was looking for, Roman suggested a perfect fit- and one that was more economical. The product is beautiful. 10/10, Roman. Many thanks.
