Excellent customer service! The team walked me through every step of the process and explained what was necessary now versus what could wait. I really appreciated the transparency. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back!

I came into the Miami area from another county not having any other nearby mechanic options to help repair my car and decided to give Miami Quality Auto Repair a try based on the reviews. If I am giving an honest assessment and review the shop is very fair and reasonable especially for an individual as myself in financial need at the time. I at first felt like everything in terms of the process was moving a bit too fast for me, as my preference would be having a more intimate experience than strictly business, but that is just my preference. I brought in my car Thursday, hoping to get my car back before the end of the weekend, but I may have had to have more reasonable expectations, having had to return back to my car to pick it up Monday. Getting straight to the point I appreciated the mechanical shop giving me a detailed report of my issues of my car, but there may have been an deeper issue for the stalling that I brought in the car to address.
