Uptown Automotive made my life easier dealing with costly repair right after holidays and family emergencies. I made an appointment for a suspension check, then canceled, being car had already been inspected. Zameer sent me a message days later, stating Uptown was part of Audi Club and would like to perform courtesy check. So glad, I took that as a sign to go check these guys out. When I arrived to drop off my car, the Front Desk Customer Service (Sara) was very easy going, and asked Frank to assist. As soon as he stepped in, he was professional, honest; yet comforting, patient, and most of all assuring. I saved hundreds of dollars compared to other quotes. Car is riding smooth! Uptown Automotive deserves all 5 stars! This was my first time getting mechanical service on my Jeep anywhere other than a Jeep dealership and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve had body work done elsewhere before, but never actual mechanical repairs Frank gave me an educated guess about the problem ( high pressure fuel line leak ) and when they inspected it, he was exactly right. He really knows his stuff. What stood out the most was the transparency. I’m so used to being told what the issue is and how much it’ll cost — and leaving confused, especially when the price has multiple dollar signs. Instead, Frank sent me a video of the leak in the high-pressure fuel line. Absolute genius. Seeing it made everything clear, and I actually felt like I was getting what I was paying for. January 2026 update: I went in to get an axle back exhaust installed on the WRX. Same professional process of contact: they ask for the product pages as well as pictures of the installation areas to better understand and to do the "homework" before the work. Similar to the last installation, Frank, Sarah, and Laura were super friendly and informative during the whole process - from drop off to pick up. Again, MANY THANKS and HIGH RECOMMENDATION from someone who just wants simple bolt-ons installed. September 2025: I called to schedule an appointment to get a rear wing, front lip, side skirts, rear spats, and a rear diffuser installed. Not only did I talk to a real person, but she also asked me for the links to the product pages of the parts as well as pictures of the installation areas on the car. I was very happy to hear these requests because it shows that they prepare before giving a quote and before taking on the job. I’ve had the parts installed on my 2022 WRX for about a month
