Basic Trust

When we first reached out to SCREWS, we were hoping they could fix our (commercial) dishwasher but unfortunately they were not able to. However, they generously offered to apply the deposit we put in towards the installation of a new dishwasher. Fast forward a month or so later, we call them back to install our new dishwasher. Not only were they able to install it within a few hours, they even carried it up a couple flights of stairs for us! During that same visit, we had them fix a clogged pipe and altogether it was very affordable! These guys are great! They were so helpful and had detailed explanations during both visits. It is very refreshing to find a company that is so transparent with what's going on and trustworthy with new customers. We will definitely reach out in the future if we need anything!! The dishwasher is built in to the kitchen cabinets and they took extra care clearing it out and made sure it was aligned properly after the repair. They were very professional and friendly. I cannot express how amazing this company is! My washer flooded my apartment on Monday, I got in touch with SCREW'S early on Tuesday morning, and a technician was dispatched to my apartment the SAME DAY. Nikolai - the technician that SCREW'S dispatched - was amazing. He diagnosed the problem immediately and he was straightforward. There was no upselling, and he answered all of my questions. Nikolai ordered the parts for the washer the same day, and told me he would be back as soon as possible. "As soon as possible" ended up being today (Friday) - the day after New Year's Day. Nikolai fixed the machine in less than 20 minutes and ensured that the machine was running properly before he left. Also, the office staff at SCREW'S are pleasant and professional. The charges for parts and labor on the invoice were fair, and the diagnostic assessment fee was fair.
