Parker came out for my preventative maintenance this time. I’ve been using Goettl a long time and they’ve always been good to me. Parker really set himself apart from the rest of the technicians I’ve had in the past. He was extremely thorough and I immediately felt extremely comfortable with him. He’s very friendly and easy to get along with. If you’re thinking about using Goettl for your home HVAC service, look no further! Be sure to request Parker as your technician. This was the first time we have used Goettl Services and Frank KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Give us 3 different options to go with in the repairs that needed to be done along with pricing for each option. Was very thorough when servicing our system. If all of there service techs are as efficient as Frank was this definitely a company that you would want to use… Another thing that I definitely liked was that they provide a tracking tool you can follow where and when the tech will show up at your home..
