Frank (owner) was highly recommended to me as a professional with high quality standards, after working with him I agree. He was very responsive to my questions and my requests (no matter how outlandish, keeping old equipment that I had replaced on my own throughout the years). We had a leak in our evaporator coil as found/detected from our yearly AC check (through another company) but decided to get a second opinion to make sure. We contacted a family friend and he recommended Frank. Frank reached out to me immediately and we were fitted into his schedule the next day. Frank confirmed the leak and we discussed solutions and options with him. He gave us price ranges for our situation. After talking about it overnight we decided that the age of our HVAC system dictated that we should go ahead and replace the entire system. His price proposal and details of what the job would entail/require put us at ease as he stayed to answer all our questions and addressed our needs. He was very eas
