We have not yet received our custom order pieces, but this review is focused on the in-store experience. We knew ahead of time which product we were ordering, but did not know the finishes we would go with. Gabriela was a huge help, patiently working with us while we made up our minds about fabrics and colors, letting us explore our own tastes but also chiming in with design expertise where she saw we needed help making a choice. She also was very kind and inviting to our 7 year old, making her feel like part of the process, listening to her ideas, helping to set her up with a little station at one of the dining tables on display. The communication was fantastic, the help was fantastic, the attention to us and to the details was fantastic, and the overall patience and friendly experience she set up for us was fantastic. 10/10 would recommend this experience to anyone making a giant furnishing decision.

I had a fabulous in-store experience working with Gabriela on finding the right pieces to furnish a living room in a one bedroom apartment in New York City. She was patient, lovely, and very knowledgeable about what would work best in the space. She gave great suggestions in terms of the layout and furniture choices, as well as what she thought would work best in terms of fabrics, colors, and every other aspect of making the room functional and beautiful. All responses from the store were quick and courteous. Great customer service all around. I can’t wait to have the pieces delivered!
