Came in here late last night and was looking for a bike. Both owner Jon and his sales rep were there and very helpful. They were both attentive and friendly. They have a great repair service and carry some very popular road bikes (e.g. Specialized, Cinelli).

I went to Bike and Spin this week to purchase a new Specialized Sirrus X in a colorway that had been hard to track down anywhere. I’m so glad that I did. Great customer service, and personal attention. No bike snobbery, no BS. Victor got me fitted on the bike I wanted (a full size larger than I would have purchased without his advice), and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Bike was assembled and ready to ride same day. This place is great, and what a LBS should be!

I never write Google reviews, but reading all of the ones here helped me feel comfortable visiting! I'm an avid runner and I've been thinking of doing a duathlon or triathlon in the future. I've never been on a road bike before and I had no idea what to look for in my first bike. I walked in and I was greeted by Billy. I told him I was new to cycling and asked a bunch of questions and for any recommendations. He let me try a few bikes in different sizes. He never pressured me to buy anything; he simply let me explore my curiosity. The maroon color I wanted wasn't available, so I asked to see it in black. It was so much more beautiful in person than it was on screen! I knew it was the one. I picked up the bike the next day and I was greeted by the owner, John. I told him it was my first road bike and he showed me how the gears work and how to properly mount/dismount. He even made some more adjustments to the bike as he watched me ride it to the end of the block. Needless to say, I h
