Trek Little Rock has been amazing! I was worried getting back into biking (haven’t rode one since high school) and I did research for a year before going into the store. I typically despise going into a store to make a big purchase because it always feels like I’m being pushed into something I don’t need. Ari and Blaine were far from that. It never felt like they were pushing me to buy anything, but they seemed passionate about biking and excited to help a newcomer to their hobby. I will certainly be returning to them for anything I need!Pro tip: I recommend visiting on a Sunday, Oakley the shop dog is the sweetest!

Where do I even start. I’ve been taking my non-Trek bikes here for service ever since Trek took over this store. Dropped of my Caad 10 for service and tires and a week later a tornado took half of their roof off with the employees inside! They were calling me by 10am the next day just to let me know that they had not been inside to inspect everything but they would take care of any damage to the bike. I was shocked they called so quickly and was once again surprised by their fantastic level of service, even during a traumatic event like that. A week later, they called to let me know they had decided to simply replace everything that was inside. He named off a Trek model which I quickly Googled and agreed was more than comparable to the bike I had lost. We were on a time crunch and moving to Philadelphia the next week and needed the bike there. These guys had a brand new bike shipped to the Philly store, 4 blocks from our apartment. I have to say, for someone purchasing their own real good bike for the first time, the employees here made the process for buying the bike so smooth and fast that it only took 30 minutes before the bike was in my car!
