Community Bicyclist staff are honest and knowledgeable. They do not pressure you to buy anything and carry a range of bikes at reasonable prices. I commute to work on the bike I bought there this fall and have been very pleased with it.

Sam was really nice and very helpful when I came in looking for a few things. Also gave me a lot of good info on local trails to ride. Will definitely be back for future needs.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly. Perhaps the least snobby bike shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. If you are at all interested in dipping your toe into bikepacking or gravel riding, this is your place. It is a hole in the wall, so to speak, but that just adds to the charm.Even though I had already purchased a bike independently, I'm convinced this is the place I'll be looking to in the future to patronize, whether I'm upgrading, buying accessories, or simply getting a tune-up.After much discussion with staff, I'm also convinced that they stand behind their products and that they have the customers' best interest at heart.

Sam was very helpful! I ended up finding a good used bike through a contact and going with that, but if I am ever in the market for a new bike, this place would be my first choice to buy from! Helpful, honest, and friendly. I echo the other great reviews!

I bought a road bike off of Craigslist. The seller had removed his lollipop pedals and replaced them with standard ones. He had just bought the pedals that day at Community Bicyclist. I ended up buying the bike. The next day I went into the shop hoping to exchange the pedals toward some with clips. The owner, Sam, exchanged my pedals for ones that were on a bike on display. He insisted on taking no money. I had him look over my bike and talked to him about the kind of riding I do. I said I was thinking of buying new tires. He said mine were not overly worn but went on to talk about different options. He thought I might enjoy going from 23cc racing tires to 28cc. The ones he had in mind would be virtually as fast but more comfortable and better in wet conditions and over city potholes, etc. I bought the tires and had Sam install them. What he told me turned out to be exactly true. This will be my go-to local shop from now on.

I moved here a year ago and started getting more and more into biking. I visited 5 local bike shops carrying all the major brands. While none were rude, Sam was a cut above. I’ve purchased 2 bikes from the store already, and can honestly say that their service after the sale is as good as before they have you. The shop is small, but personal. The bikes brands they carry reflect that. So glad I found this shop.

Always a great experience when I go to Community Bicyclist. No pushy sales pitch, honest shop that just want to help you get out there and have fun. They are always happy to answer my litany of questions. Can't imagine a better LBS. Update 11/15/23: still the best LBS.

I’ve never had a bad experience here! Sam and Noah are very knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile. I have recommended several friends to them and they have all been satisfied. The feel of the shop is in the name. Community! It’s about the people. Thank you guys for all the help and love my Little Rock cycling community!!

Trust me when I say this is one of the best places in Little Rock to bring your bike for repairs. I took my mountain bike to another popular brand name shop for a tube replacement and after the tube was changed. I started hearing a noise … More

Community Bicyclist is a must for anyone looking for a bike, service, or advice on bikes and service. I’ve purchased at this shop and had service needs and repairs resolved. I’m still happily riding that bike after thousands of miles.

Had been thinking about an e-bike and doing some research. Most were priced out of my budget until I came across the Fuji Traverse 2.0. The reviews were solid. I found that Community Bike Shop had them. I stopped by and met Sam who spent a … More
