Been getting my cut from Alex for a couple of years now, and I’ve followed him to his new location (even though it’s about a 40-minute drive in full L.A. traffic for me). I live out of state for now, but my family is in L.A., so whenever I’m back, Alex is THE barber I go to.Not only do I trust him completely with my hair, but he’s also someone I’d genuinely travel for a cut. The attention to detail is unmatched, and the haircut is always on point. If I’m willing to sit in traffic for this cut, you already know it’s worth it. I've seen Alex twice now at Grey Matter and each time is better than the last. I'm not too picky when it comes to may hair, so I let the barber figure it out. Man, did he ever! He's very intuitive and skilled and what he does. If you're like me and somewhat intimidated by haircuts, he's the right person to go to. He will look at your hair texture, the shape of your head and face and then work his magic. He gave me the perfect cut. I will be a lifelong client for sure!ServicesHair shape up
