My Home Warrenty company connected me with this company after Tucson Appliance Repair, LLC did not respond to my phone calls or Warrenty Company’s calls & emails. This company was ready to come out the next day, but I was out of town, so technician showed up 1st weekday I was back. He was professional & efficient, got approval from Warrenty company & had my washing machine fixed in just over an hour! Would definitely use them again! Thank you Axus Appliance Repair!

My refrigerator's electronic control panel was acting erratically so I searched for a recommendation on Yelp and AXUS Applliance Repair had great reviews. So, I went with the recommendations of former customers and I am extremely happy that I did. Al from AXUS came out promptly the next day and diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered a replacement part which arrived sooner than expected and called to come back out the next day. He installed the part and had my refrigerator back up running perfectly very quickly. Al was prompt and efficient and a very personable guy. The trip charge was nominal and included in the total cost of repair which was very reasonable.Totally pleased overall.
