The service I had here was exceptional. Customer service was even better. I came in today beyond stressed needing a battery. I had gone to 3 other places and nowhere was able to provide me with a battery let alone install it. Mannix provided excellent customer service. He ensured me my truck would be in great hands and had me out of there within a reasonable amount of time. I will definitely be back for service and will recommend this location as well!

I had a really good experience at Firestone. I brought my car in for an inspection and they took great care of me from start to finish. They were able to replace all four rotors and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process much less stressful than I expected.I especially want to give a shout out to Ryan, one of the technicians. He was professional, patient, and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right.Overall, the staff was helpful, honest, and efficient. I definitely felt taken care of and would recommend this Firestone location to anyone needing brake or rotor work.

Julio was absolutely attentive, courtesy and knowledgeable. I was totally having a morning and the car situation did not help. He took care of me and had me back on the road safely and feeling a lot better than I came in.ServicesTires
