I needed a place to service my 2017 Audi as the dealer was too expensive to maintain. They took me in last minute for a leak and fixed it quickly. I’m totally blanking on her name, but I also appreciate that the front desk person is a woman; I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off or taken advantage of. She explains everything that’s going on with the car and is really kind. Services General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change, Service not listed

my experience with this shop today was very pleasant, them working out and offering after hours pick up was very convenient. After a brief mishap on communication, their team still communicated and updated me shortly after hours. I appreciate their time and will return for service. Monica is very helpful, and I know I can come back to their team for fixes.

After calling and visiting a few other auto shops for brake pad and rotor replacement for my jaguar convertible I decided on Eurozone and so glad I did. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive, and the service and communication were incredible, leagues better than other shops who tried to bait and switch me with prices and illusions of parts that were in fact not available. When paying for work to your luxury car the least you expect is clear communication, honesty, transparency, and eurozone provided all three, unlike many other shops I called up. And they performed the service very quickly and with extreme professionalism. No this is not a sponsored review, just me happy with having selected eurozone for work on my car.
