We had an emergency weekend need for 18 lav mics for our beltpacks and a few laptops. Bruce/AVR was one of the only people to respond on a Saturday! He had the gear and kept me informed through the whole process - right up to Sunday morning delivery. He was patient, calm and thorough. Thanks for a great experience!
