I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needed to be said.The brisket? Crazy good. And not just because it’s brisket, it was the flavor. That garlic umami hit was so on point it didn’t need a drop of sauce. No extras. Just stand-alone fire.The veggies were actually done right. Not soggy, not drenched in butter or oil—just clean, seasoned, and still had texture. Respect.Now the mac and cheese—that’s where I got nervous. But they used real cheese, not that fake Velveeta mess I can’t stand. Creamy, savory, hit the spot.Even the mini salads came through. I think it was some kind of red vinaigrette? Whatever it was, it worked. Light, sharp, fresh.And the portions were perfect. Not too much, not too little. Just enough to feel full without feeling heavy.This wasn’t one of those “looks good, tastes mid” situations. It was balanced, seasoned, and clearly made by people who know what they’re doing.I’d eat from them again, no hesitation.

arthella and betty are the dream team! my husband and i needed a caterer for our wedding reception for our wedding in hot springs, AR. we were having trouble finding a caterer that was within our budget and could create the unique menu we wanted for our reception. thankfully, we found artfully delicious cuisine and saw all the glowing reviews!betty made the entire booking process extremely easy. she worked with us to create the exact menu we wanted (southern comfort food) and answered any of our questions. she was so easy to communicate with and i appreciated that so much!arthella, betty, and their staff went above and beyond for our wedding day! they even decorated the buffet display to match the colors/theme of our reception decor. and of course, the food was phenomenal - our guests loved every bite! we could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding. if you have an event coming up, we highly recommend artfully delicious cuisine! book them now - you won't regret it!

They were attentive with the details and with setting up the service so we could serve 300 guests efficiently. They were communicative throughout.The food was delicious! Many of my guests asked to go back for seconds, and I even had people who were working the event (not included in the guest count) ask if they could have a plate because of hearing people say how delicious the food was.They cleaned up neatly and even packed up food we had left over so that we could use it for another event we had already planned.I highly recommend this company, and I look forward to asking them to cater my next event.

This catering company is based on strong values and support of the community. They donated a catered meal for 2 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas for an fundraising event and I was the lucky bidder! We had smoked whole chicken with green beans and onions, dinner rolls, and roasted potatoes. Delicious!! And the peach cobbler was AMAZING!! There was so much food we invited our best friends, our daughter, and her boyfriend!! I would definitely use them for catering events in the future!!!
