What an amazing store with awesome workers. I hit a snag today with one of my jobs and have to postpone til the next day. Bob and his team helped me navigate through this unexpected situation with ease. I'm so glad I can count on this honest and polite company. Thanks again, Bob!!!

The customer service here is top-notch. I rented a drum sander and an edging sander, and I made a reservation at the wrong location. They easily moved it to a closer one for me. Home Depot wanted a $300 deposit per machine, but Arapahoe rentals did not require a deposit just a drivers license. I had an issue with the equipment and they offered to bring one out and drop it off at the worksite And gave me a credit on my bill that I was more than content with. They also found out that they will buy back extra sanding pads for the equipment that you buy from them so you can get as many as you think you’ll need and bring back and you don’t use. It’s still cheaper buy the pads online, but I thought that was a very nice touch. Shows they really think about how they can make things easier on their customers. Overall, even though I had that minor issue with the equipment, I’m very satisfied with the service here and will be from them again.

Thanks to the entire staff at Arapahoe Rental! From the Lady that answered the phones, to helped getting us a trailer booked!! The guys at the counter and in the yard that helped get us hooked up and ready to roll!! Pickup and dropping off was simple!! Would rent equipment from them anytime and next time we are in need. Highly Recommend!!!

Thanks to the entire staff at Arapahoe Rental! From the Lady that answered the phones, to helped getting us a trailer booked!! The guys at the counter and in the yard that helped get us hooked up and ready to roll!! Pickup and dropping off was simple!! Would rent equipment from them anytime and next time we are in need.
