Outstanding representative Tim arrived on time. When he saw my shoes outside of my front door he took off his own. Explained everything in plain English and wouldn’t even take to break to drink some water. What a professional. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

Vlad was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable! I felt well informed throughout the dishwasher repair process and the price was fair. The scheduling process was streamline (called and someone picked up in a timely manner) – a technician was available the same day and I received alerts when they were on their way which I appreciate. I know another reviewer mentioned dispatch time was an issue but Vlad arrived at 6pm punctually for a 3-6pm window. Sometimes it’s hard to control if they have a client before that runs overtime so I tend to be more understanding about these things. Highly recommend.
