Put in a service request for my dishwasher and washing machine on Friday afternoon through the website. Received a call Saturday morning. Abdel was at my condo within 90 minutes. He had my dishwasher up and running in 2 minutes! Figured out what the problem was with my washer, went to his car, and came back with the part! Washer works like new now!!!! His service and knowledge were incredible. Not only am I going to recommend their service to my association, but anyone that is in need!!!

Had an amazing experience having my dryer repaired with Chicago Star Appliance Repair! The technician, Ed, came out the next day and was on time, very professional and polite. He made sure to explain the work he was doing and charged a very fair price for parts and labor. The repair was completed in under two hours and the dryer is quieter than it ever has been. I will be calling for future repairs, thank you!
