But Ilya stepped in and saved the day, fixing the issue quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of the cost. From the moment he arrived, Ilya was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, letting me know exactly what the problem was and how he planned to fix it. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice person—easy to talk to and very respectful. The quality of his work was excellent, and it’s clear he knows his stuff. I can’t recommend Ilya enough. If you need appliance repairs, he’s the one to call. 10/10, would absolutely hire him again!
