Russell did a fantastic job of repairing our 25+ years old Viking range and oven. The appointment was prompt and he had all the replacement parts we needed in his truck. Russel was a true professional and did such fine work in fixing my oven. He came well prepared with his own shoe covers and blankets to protect my floors. He explained what he was doing throughout and was honest about what needed to be replaced and what did not. He left my oven looking and working like new (cleaned greasy parts along the way)! I would definitely call appliance repair group for my future needs.
