The refrigerator was leaking water inside and the dryer had stopped heating. I reached out to Ace Handyman and they referred me to these amazing folks, Steve and Michelle. They were transparent and very communicative. Also, professional and friendly! They were upfront with the credit card fee cost as well, which is understandable for small businesses. Everything was fixed and I couldn't be happier. They have a loyal customer in me 😁 Thank you so much!

I used Steve Martin Appliance Repair with excellent results. My 10 year old Kenmore Elite ice maker gave out and Gary came and looked it over. He determined that the ice forming tray which gets twisted to dump out new cubes was worn out, not dumping all the cubes, and incoming water was overflowing to make a big clump of ice in the bin. He told me that replacing the whole ice maker was the only option, at $xx including labor. He said that the factory replacement product had problems and was only asking for trouble if installed. He does not install 3rd party products. So, I will be doing without an in refrigerator ice maker, as many people do, perhaps moving to a stand alone ice maker. Even though I did not expect the turn of events, Gary was efficient, friendly and went to the trouble to explain clearly my situation. We thanked him after paying for the 1 hour service call.
