Joyce was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is always so willing to help in any way. The store is always impeccably clean. All the staff has been WONDERFUL! I LOVE Wash on Western! If you’re looking for a place to go, go there, you won’t be disappointed!

Let me start by saying there were other places I wanted to be at 7:30am on a Monday morning after Christmas. But my building's laundry room flooded and I needed to get my laundry done. I saw that Luxe Laundries had incredible reviews. Many of those 5 star reviews mentioned Joyce by name. Joyce is a ray of sunshine and one of those people, whose kindness you don't forget. She helped me get set up and explained the lay of the land. She's clearly a people person and loves her job. She told me she's been there 8 years and the owners treat her incredibly well. That's the kind of business I want to support. The Western Ave location has ample parking. It's incredibly clean and the washers/dryers are great. There are several sizes to meet your needs. This is where I'm coming to do my laundry if I'm ever in a jam. Thanks Joyce. You're an angel.

This location is amazing. It’s very clean and organized. They have plenty of bins , a great selection of different sizes washing machines and a place to sit. The employees here are always nice but Joyce specifically is amaaaazing and a highlight every visit! Incredibly sweet , welcoming and helpful.

It was my first time using washing machines in the United States during this trip, and everything went smoothly thanks to Joyce. She was extremely kind, explained how everything worked, and even helped me with the card payment. I highly recommend this laundromat if you need to freshen up your clothes during your trip.
