Alex is one of the best real estate professionals in the Denver area. He knows the market, he listens to what you want/need AND most importantly he is extremely patient! My home search was 2 years long and he went with me to see 20-30 houses (maybe more). I was a buyer who had very specific requests and even though Alex knew they would be harder to find, he didn’t force me to settle and we eventually found exactly what I was looking for. He was confident when he negotiated the offer and got me incredible concessions. Without his patience and confidence, I may not have ever found my current house. So thank you, Alex!

If I could give more stars, I would! Alex was incredibly respectful of my budget and so patient as we toured many homes that just weren’t the right fit. He was always honest about the type of house I needed, and we were completely aligned—especially when it came to how big the master closet needed to be for me and my shoes!Alex did an amazing job explaining the entire process from start to finish and stayed on top of every little detail. His strong relationships with realtors in Cherry Creek were especially helpful when homes popped up on the market and we needed to move quickly. I absolutely love my house and highly recommend Alex Rice and his team to everyone!
