Our technician Leland Mullins made the experience hassle free. His professionalism and demeanor were paramount. He was super friendly, answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Our only issue has been ticks and some random spiders. He worked diligently in extremely hot weather to treat our exterior and yard. He worked with our needs to ensure the safety of our pets and offered insights you can only get from a professional. Thank you Leland for the stellar service. If possible I would request his service with each visit. I recommend this company for their transparency in pricing and for the friendly service. Services Home inspection, Hornet & wasp extermination, Spider extermination, Flea & mite extermination, General pest inspection, Mosquito extermination, Cockroach extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Everyone I talked to at Alamo was great, courteous, professional and helpful. When Leland came out to see what was needed he was awesome. He gave me all of my opinions and took time to explain what was happening. He was so sweet and patient with me. I highly recommend Alamo to anyone who needs an exterminator. Their attitude and service far exceeded the other exterminators I contracted. They were the only one who were more interested in helping me than signing me into an expensive contract. Definitely one of a kind!
