First of all, I want to say that the comments left on Ramy's Yelp review were right on point and utmost helpful. I was very pleased with Ramy's professionalism and responsiveness to every one of my emails, texts, and calls. I am a novice at home projects, however, Ramy explained the process to ensure I felt comfortable with this whole process and up to date has continued to support me all the way through. The plan process has been swift and quick on his end, unfortunately I could not say the same about the County but that was to be expected :(.
