I had the pleasure of working with Sean M. as my recruiter. I've been a travel nurse for 2 years and have worked with previous recruiters for contract work, but this was my first time working with a recruiter for a permanent/full-time role. It was 10/10 an amazing experience. Interviewing and the application process for a new job is stressful enough, so it was so great having Sean as the "middle man" between the employer and I. I sometimes feel uncomfortable asking employers important questions during the first initial interviews - pay, benefits, insurance - but in working with Sean, he was able to answer all those questions with 100% transparency!
