Car broke down on the highway and had to call around to see who could see it first. Not only was 360 the shop with the fastest availability, they were also helpful in letting me know possible causes over the phone with recommendations to not cause more damage. They were very kind and professional, even staying late on a holiday weekend to return my car to me after it was fixed. Prices were fair for the going rates. Overall a good experience minus the pains of getting a car fixed on student loans.

The guys at 360 Auto are amazing—I pulled into one afternoon seeking advice as to how serious a problem with my car was. They were quite busy and it was obvious no one had the time to mess with me—but they took the time anyway. :) One gentleman spent 30 minutes out in the blazing heat to fix a critical problem that no doubt would have caused me to break down on my way home (100 miles away). When the gentleman finished I asked how much I owed told me not to worry about it, he was just happy to help. Wow.Clearly these guys are more interested in helping people than fleecing them for money, which is a testament to their integrity. You don’t that in very many auto repair places these days. I was so immensely impressed with this place.I believe this shop is a place you can trust, which is a rare find in this industry. I’d recommend them to anyone!

They do an excellent job at a fair price! I ordered brake pads and rotors and they put them on for me instead of having to use the parts they have to order. They worked with me on the billing. They are very nice and courteous. I WILL be going back to them for any work I need done on my car.

My Toyota stopped running. Before taking it to 360 Auto, I took it to three different mechanics. Two refused to work on it and never fully explained why. The third "fixed it" and when I drove away, it would not exceed 40 mph. I was ready to give up when a friend recommended Daniel at 360 Auto. He agreed to fix the engine, but showed me photos of caked oil all over it. He said he could fix it with no warranty because of the extensive existing damage or put in a newer engine he found, with a 1 year warranty, for a few hundred more dollars. All communication via phone was also sent via email with quotes and photos. We went with the new engine and it drives super smooth...no problems...feels like a new car! I appreciate their professionalism, attention to detail, and their willingness to go out of their way to take care of us when nobody else would. This is our mechanic for anything moving forward. 100% recommend.
