About this role

Pepperl + Fuchs: Technical Support Engineer Type: Full Time Schedule: 8am – 5pm Hybrid Schedule (3 day in Office and 2 days remote) Salary Range: Competitive

Responsibilities

Respond to technical support inquiries and assist with application troubleshooting and testing
Collaborate with internal teams on research, testing, and issue resolution
Support product selection and recommend solutions based on customer needs
Represent the company at events, trade shows, and customer engagements

Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Develop technical content (e.g., how-to guides, videos, and documentation)
Manage RMA processes and maintain accurate customer and service records
Support affiliates and cross-functional teams as needed

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
