Vector Marketing is currently holding interviews for part-time sales representatives. Our customer-focused sales reps meet with customers in relaxed, one-on-one settings to introduce and sell Cutco products. We provide a guaranteed base pay so representatives can focus on customer service rather than feeling pressure to close sales. We trust the quality of our products to speak for itself. What We Offer:
Commissions are offered based on individual performance. Representatives have the opportunity to increase their earnings while still receiving pay during weeks when sales are lower. Weekly pay is issued as either base pay or commission, whichever is higher.
Training is provided before representatives begin working, ensuring they are well prepared. Continued support and additional training are available as reps gain experience.
Our product line includes Cutco kitchen products as well as select gardening tools. No previous product knowledge or sales experience is required.
Representatives can create flexible weekly schedules that work around school, internships, holidays, exams, full-time jobs, or family responsibilities.
After completing training, sales reps work locally. All training sessions and meetings are conducted in the office.
There are advancement opportunities available, including long-term sales roles and management positions, even for those who start part-time.

Students seeking winter break work or individuals needing adaptable hours will find this role suitable. No specific degree is required, as full training is provided. We encourage applicants of all ages and experience levels.
Successful representatives come from many different backgrounds, including customer service, warehouse work, restaurant roles, administrative positions, retail, and communications.
Our training program is designed to support people from all work histories, meaning individuals with experience as baristas, line cooks, cashiers, or stockers can do well in this role.

Whether you're on a demo with a new CUTCO customer or meeting other reps at a Vector conference, our reps and managers work hard and play hard.
Since each office is independently run by a District or Branch Manager, no office is exactly the same.

Our reps receive a guaranteed base pay when they show Cutco to a qualified potential customer. So they get paid whether or not the customer purchases.
Our reps are not pushy, and we don't want them to be. The guaranteed base pay takes the pressure off our reps so they never have to be rude or forceful with potential customers.
But, you ask, How can they pay reps when a sale is not made? Great question. Since most people who see Cutco choose to purchase at least one knife, we can create a safety net for all of our reps. We want to encourage and provide incentives to our reps to put themselves out there and try to make a sale. You're not always going to make a sale with a potential customer, and that's ok.
While our reps are guaranteed to make a base pay each time they show Cutco, they can earn more than what's guaranteed through incentives from completing a sale. Additionally, we pay on a weekly basis, so you'll receive earnings for your hard work at the end of each work week.
What to expect.
It is very possible for reps to do well right out of the gate, but success is not guaranteed. We are definitely not a get-rich-quick company and we take pride in our reps for being the hard-working and motivated individuals that they are.
Successful reps tend to share a few common traits: persistence, diligence, and commitment.
