The Y. Cruz Agency, LLC, a trusted American Family Insurance agency in Denver, CO, is looking for an energetic Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to insurance, we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do
• Provide friendly, professional customer service — answer questions, process policy updates, and assist clients with their coverage needs.
• Generate and follow up on quotes for auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
• Reach out to existing and prospective customers to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Support daily office operations, recordkeeping, and policy management.
• Collaborate with your team to meet sales, service, and retention goals.
What We’re Looking For
• Outgoing, people-oriented, and motivated to help others.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus — but not required.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
