About this role

Florida Roof Bros is hiring experienced in-home sales representatives.

Responsibilities

Run in-home appointments with homeowners
Conduct roof/attic inspections and present solutions
Build value, handle objections, and close deals
Manage your pipeline and follow up with intent

Execute a structured sales process consistently
Business development (HOAs, Contractors, Realtors, etc.)

Proven in-home sales experience (home improvement preferred)
Strong communication and closing ability
Professional presence in the home
Ability to manage a full sales cycle

Compensation:
