Position Overview
  • Senior Account Director role focusing on managing key customer accounts, driving strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction across IDN partnerships.
  • Responsible for developing long-term relationships, creating innovative solutions, and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive sales strategy and execution for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Manage Key Accounts: Oversee high-value accounts, ensure exceptional service, identify new business opportunities, and maximize client retention.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Create tailored strategies for each account, focusing on long-term relationship building and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve regional and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Review and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary for continued success.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the company's brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience selling to medical professionals and hospitals.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing an effective sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
  • Proven success in managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
