About this role

A Lead Software Engineer is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and repairing company software for maximum efficiency and usability. - Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications: Technical Knowledge/Skill: Focused on technical decision making, leading work that affects one or more complex systems and mission-critical areas.
- Consistently delivers code that sets the standard for quality and maintainability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Advanced Degree in a related field Experience: Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related experience Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
