Key Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise AI platform strategy (GenAI ML in production) Build and scale AI/ML infrastructure, LLMOps, and deployment pipelines Drive end-to-end delivery of AI use cases across business functions Establish agentic / human AI operating models Lead model lifecycle management (evaluation, optimization, monitoring) Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to drive adoption Build and lead a high-performing, technically credible team Operate effectively within a complex enterprise environment, balancing speed and governance Candidate Profile We are prioritizing leaders with strong technical depth and execution capability: 15 years in engineering, AI/ML, or platform leadership roles Proven track record building and operating production AI systems at scale Deep understanding of GenAI / LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation) Model optimization (e.g. token efficiency, model selection) LLMOps / MLOps and deployment engineering AI platform architecture and distributed systems Experience delivering AI products in production environments (beyond pilots) Ability to earn credibility with senior engineering leaders Experience in large enterprise environments with a builder mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Cloud experience: GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable) What Makes This Role Different True build mandate, not inheriting a mature function Enterprise-wide scope with executive visibility Opportunity to shape how AI is built, deployed, and adopted at scale Location Atlanta preferred Open to remote / flexible arrangements for exceptional candidates
